Our charming townhouse which has only recently been tastefully refurbished is situated in the town centre overlooking the harbour, and is convenient for all the town's amenities.
The entrance hall from St Cuthbert Street leads to an elegant stairway to the first floor where there is a large hallway with sitting room, bathroom, two bedrooms and a kitchen/diner leading off. A further stairway leads to the second floor where there are another two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The large airy sitting room with an antique feature fireplace, two large sofas, a futon, and a television and video.
The house has a fully equipped and modernised kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. Additionally, a washer/dryer is situated in the central heating area.
Bedroom one is on the first floor and has a double bed, a sofa and storage space. It overlooks the harbour.
Bedroom two is also on the first floor, a single bed, armchair and storage. It has a similar view to #1.
Bedroom three has two single beds and storage. It is a room with an atmospheric ambiance decorated in shades of pale yellow.
Bedroom four has two single beds and storage space and overlooks the harbour.
All bedrooms have central heating.
The first floor bathroom has a corner bath with a shower attachment, a wash-hand basin, toilet and shaver socket.
On the top floor is a shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash-hand basin.
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
All fuel and power, including full gas fired central heating is provided free of charge.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge.
Well behaved pets are very welcome.
